Locked out of sbcglobal.net email account
Nearly a year ago my sbcglobal.net email stopped working. I had it set up on my phone and PC. I can no longer log in. When I try it says I have tried unsuccessfully too many times and wants me to verify who I am by answering my security questions. My security questions are easy to answer correctly but it won't accept my answers and it leaves me with no alternative. I'm completely locked out, can't get any support and this was my main personal account tied to so many services I use. I would like to speak to a human being to get help but everything is automated and the support line I call is for ATT and DirectTV. Please, anyone have suggestions?
