Locked out of my sbcglobal.net email

I filled a complaint with FCC last night.  Just received a call from 'ATT Executive Office'.   That person asked me a few questions and verbally gave me a temporary password.  And BAAM just like that my problem was solved.

Created an account here just to say that making an FCC complaint did the trick after 3 months of crap.  I found this thread yesterday afternoon, submitted my complaint and got a call this morning from the Office of the President of At&t.  He had already reset my email so it was literally 5mins.  

I asked why all these emails got locked out and he informed me that they moved all of these to a new system and the conversion process required new passwords as they couldnt transfer those.  Apparently something happened that wiped out a large portion of users ability to reset those passwords via the new system which I can attribute to missing data in their database as that's the only thing that makes sense.  Moving datasets of this size has to be automated and they screwed it up big time.
