@2blessed2bstressed23 I actually got calls from 2 different people at the ATT presidents office. I just looked at my call history and one showed up as "ATT EXEC OFFICE" and the other was just a phone number. Like I said it was within 24 hours so make sure you have your phone on your. The first call I missed and I tried to call back like 10 times with no luck. But the second time they called I answered right away

I will make sure I have my phone on me- I doubt they will call on Sunday but pray on Monday. Do you think it will matter that I don't have any other AT&T services I just have my sbcglobal.net email I have had for 19 years or so and have had other services in the past but only email as of last friday

KNovak123 - that's good to know. I just pray they will help me like they assisted you. I'm so desperate I am physically Ill - all of my records for my child for hundreds of Dr medical info etc for the last 10 years are in my emails. They are to numerous to count there is no way I could duplicate all of that. I am so physically Ill over this I have had to take a lot of anxiety medication - the emotional trauma is beyond words!

@2blessed2bstressed23 yes I also recieved that email. You'll also get another email when the FCC serves ATT with the complaint. I recieved a call 3 hours after I got the second email. That was the call I missed but I also got another call 6 hours after the second email.

I did get a response from AT&T to be on the lookout in the upper right hand corner of this forum for a direct chat. I joined it yesterday, hopeful this would be the resoolutionto gain access to my snet.net account that I've been locked out of for nearly a week. I made several phone calls, filled out the online recovery form, etc. We started the chat, I was asked for my email, last name and zip when I opened the account. Was asked to hang tight while they review. Over 2 hours of sending messages, "hello", "are you still looking? ", "it's been 2 hours and no one has responded, are you there?" I never received a response and left the chat. This morning there was a message " we were able to confirm your account information but can not help resolve. Here is a link for the online recovery!! I filled that form out Tuesday. I am so frustrated with AT&T. This has become so time consuming hours on the phone, hours on the chat and hours researching a solution. Has anyone resolved this via chat?
