Locked out of my sbcglobal.net email

I got locked out of my sbcglobal.net email and have tried many suggestions to recover password or change to no avail. It has a lot of important emails Please help

I sent you a direct message and I don't see how to respond on your post it won't let me comment. 
This is absolutely unacceptable that there is no solution to verify that we are the account holder? My email has so much vital information my entire child's medical records and correspondence and hundreds of doctors and tests and everything I cannot duplicate is in this email and they do not care they just pass you from one person to another claim that they're trying to get help and they tell you to go to the recovery form you get the runaround again and they just tell you there's nothing they can do. It's their product it's their service if they actually verified like they say on the recovery form and contact us within 48 to 72 hours then they can verify it's our account and reinstate it. I do not understand this it boggles my mind I am beside myself I'm going to try to file a complaint with the FCC on Monday at the Better Business Bureau and I'm trying to find a lawyer

I am locked out they said there's nothing they can do due to it being fraud I've been reading other post they said to file an FCC complaint but on my thread of my post it won't let me respond or comment to anybody I don't know why do you know how I can respond or how I can file a complaint with the FCC have you gotten help

KNovak123 thank you so much- I don't know how to comment directly back to you? I. The form it's for internet can you tell me what drop down menu you chose since it's my email I can't access. Also can you share some helpful advice what to say as it got you such a quick response? I am desperate to have a medical power of attorney for a child for 10 years that's been sick all doctors specialists researchers medical information and medical records testing everything is in my email I desperately need to access it I need help

@2blessed2bstressed23 in the form I chose privacy for internet issues, wireless for type, then ATT for the conpany. Everything else will be specific to you. Make sure to add in the email that you're locked out of. Good luck!

@2blessed2bstressed23 as for actual info I just basically said I've tried all official ATT avenues for account recovery and was not able to get anywhere with that.

@Youngster90027 no problem, I'm glad I found a solution haha. Also the person that will call you from ATT will have a number that doesn't show up on caller ID. Or at least mine didn't. So make sure you answer,
