locked out of my sbcglobal.net email account

Hello,

I have been trying to get my email from a sbcglobal.net domain account. I switched cell phones and can't remember my old password. When I click the "forgot my password" link in the att.net page, it doesn't recognize my email and last name combination.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
