Locked Out of Email
I'm locked out of my email account, the password I have on file doesn't work, the security questions to reset the password don't work, calling into AT&T someone finally answers and says something like they can't access data or help so call back in 24 to 48 hrs and then hangs up. I can't not have access to my email.

I do not understand how AT&T can lock people out of their account and then expect me to remember an account number I haven't had in years. The escalation path suggestion is to call a number that hangs up on you. This is an AT&T problem and apparently they don't have a solution. Just forewarning others not to expect a resolution if you don't have an active AT&T product account.
