Locked out of email for no apparent reason with CARE CODE: 203.2 [FL001] error message
I have not had access to my email account for a week now. I get the error message: CARE CODE: 203.2 [FL001] when trying to login.
I learned that FL001 is a fraud lock but the ATT Support people on the phone said there was nothing they could do except tell me to fill out a fraud form and wait for a reply from their security team. I've been waiting for about a week now. My email went down on 4/20 and is still down a full week later. No reply from the Security team and still getting the CARE CODE: 203.2 [FL001] error when trying to login to email.
