Locked out of email account

Cannot receive emails. Cannot reset email as I am locked out of account.

We can help you reset your email password, @Mambrose50. We understand regaining access to your email is important to you.

 

A common solution to reset your email password is by using the Forgot Password option.

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to att.com/myatt
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

Once you have access to your email, follow the steps below:

 

You can update security questions and answers. Keep your security questions and answers for your user ID updated in case you forget your password.

 

Follow these steps to get a text with your temporary password next time. You can set up text message for password resets.
