Legacy att

I am resenting to make sure I receive a dm from the group. My issues are the same as previously described. Tried to change pw, then security questions that I thought I remembered. Error and don't know which answer is incorrect, plus case sensitive. Finally, I'm completely locked out. Talked to att before completely locked out. Did complete a form to verify but no follow up. Need to get to it as it's my primary email. Stunned that att would just say, sorry.  So, looking for help, please.
