Landline Cancellation

Hi there, Buddy89. We understand that you have questions about canceling services and keeping your email. We can answer those questions.

The answer is a resounding "yes you can." Since you are only canceling one portion of your services, your email will remain active. If you should decide to leave AT&T completely and go somewhere else, we will miss you, but you can take a part of us with you. That part is your email address. 

In the event that you do leave us completely, please follow the steps in our Keep My Email address forums article. The following will need to be in order beforehand:

• Your are leaving in good standing and not for non-payment. 
• You have returned all of your equipment back to AT&T and have paid your final bill.
