keep having to sign out and resign back in
If I have my email up too long, it will say unable to send, delete anything, and all my folders are empty. It will sign me out and when I sign in I get a few minutes to actually have it work properly and it starts over again. This is a work email and it is very frustrating to have to keep signing out and on all day. I have had this email for 26 years, and I am not going to change now. My 2nd email won't even let me sign in as it says I have attempted too many times and wants me to change my password for the 20th time. This has been going on for a few weeks now. I have tried clearing caches, etc - please tell me how to fix this?

We're here to help address your email concerns, @spotteddog.
To further assist you with your first email not working properly, we're going to need to speak privately via DM.
As for the second email, we've recently found that the reason these account locks are happening is due to bad actors attempting to fraudulently login to our customer's email accounts and getting locked out after trying and failing too many times. While we don't have an ETA on when this matter will be resolved, please rest assured that our security team is actively looking into the matter and continuing to block the IP addresses responsible for these breach attempts.
In the meantime, we ask that you continue to reset your password when prompted to do so as a workaround until the matter has been fully resolved. We appreciate your patience with us as we work to mitigate the issue and secure our customer's email accounts.
For the first email though, please be on the lookout for a message from us. You should see a red dot appear on the chat icon next to the bell icon at the top right of the screen shortly. We look forward to speaking with you!

I signed in the next day for this DM as I did not see it- it was after hours, and waited for well over half an hour for a response and got nothing. So no my issue has not been resolved

Hi, spotteddog.
We sent you an update on Monday, but you may have missed it due to the holiday. Please check your DM for our response.

I hope they figure something out as I have nearly the same problem. In my opinion I`ve multiple issues since they added Yahoo to the mail but have seemingly resolved them selves. But this new one has been going on for about a week now.

We're here to assist with your email concerns, @gunfisher!
Are you being prompted to reset your password when attempting to log in? If so that is a current ongoing trend that we are aware of. Rest assured that we are working to resolve this for you all.
The current workaround for this is to reset your password. If this doesn't help you let us know as we have one more thing we can try!

It looks like the constant sign out may have been resolved. It has been working since last night. Not holding my breath though. The password thing is still going on with my other email though. Hopefully they will get their heads out of the sand and FIX it.

I kid you not- it worked fine all day until I posted that last comment, and went to send an email and it is doing it again. If I leave that email open (as one usually does to access again) I have to close & restart, or it closes for me when I tried to send an email. And here I thought something went right.

For one email, I have to keep redoing the password. That one also does the close thing if I leave it open. The other is accepting pw just fine. It just stops working if you leave it open

It has been well over a month, and STILL having the same issues. AT&T- this is VERY frustrating when you are working, and then before you send an email out, you have to copy it just in case so you don't have to do it all over again, because you never know when it will just close and say can"t send. HOnestly I would be changing email carriers if I haven't had this one for 26 years. I am quite tempted to just have mail forward to a completely new one like gmail, etc and deal with it that way. Telling us that you are aware of an issue does NOTHING to help. This has been an issue for a very long time. Are you aware, or actually DOING something about it? Or is this the way you get everyone to change?
