I would like to delete my primary ATT account
Hello, I would like to fully delete my account. It does not have any paid services connected to it. It is just the e-mail. It was compromised a while ago and I have now moved all my stuff to a different e-mail and would like to fully delete this one to prevent it from being accessed by anyone.

You can delete an AT&T email address if it's not connected to a paid AT&T service or if it’s been 30-60 days since service cancellation or disconnect.
We recommend that you follow the instructions provided on how to permanently delete your email:

@ATTHelp I do not see "Contact Info" after clicking on "Profile". I only see "Sign In Info" and "My Linked Accounts".
To be clear I want to delete the entire account, e-mail included.

Hi, dlaws93.
We can only assist with deleting your email address. If you need to cancel your service account as well, you'll need to call 800-288-2020, then wait until the account has been cancelled for 30-60 days, as Yomi mentioned earlier.
If you just need to delete the email, let us know, and we'll see if we're able to do it for you.
