I Need Help Accessing an Old @sbcglobal.net Email Address

Hi AT&T. I am the owner of the following email address: [email scrubbed]

I have had this email address for close to ~20 years, but I no longer remember my password. I tried to log in through the Yahoo website but am being redirected to AT&T. When I try to log in through AT&T and go through the "forgot password" process, I get the below message:

"Hmm… we can’t reset your password

We don’t have the account details needed to complete your request."

Any advice? How can I log back into my @sbcglobal.net email address? Thanks!

To reset your password please follow the below steps:

Go to http://sm.att.com/77c60562.
Select Forgot password?
Fill out the password info.
Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
Create your new password.

At the top of the page, you can also try to Update your security questions and answers & Add a mobile number for resets, to help you with your email account.
