I have to use the forgot email each time I use my email also they say my security answers are wrong and thay are not.
I have to use the forgot email each time I use my email also they say my security answers are wrong they are not. This has become quite annoying. I'd switch to another email but I've had this so long and it would be such a hassle.

To get started, we'd recommend clearing the cache and cookies from the device you're using. There could be saved data that is interfering with your login process that is making it to where you have to use the "forget email" option every time.
Also, does this happen on one device or multiple devices? This will help us determine what further troubleshooting steps we'll need to take.

Clearing the Cache didn't help this is a new computer. Yes, it happens on all my devices, phone, tablet, and computer.
