I have been unable to access my sbcglobal.net email account since upgrading my mobile phone with AT&T.
I need to have my password reset for my sbcglobal.net email account, however all attempts have failed when using the online options and when calling 800-320-9335 and 800-288-2020. I believe part of the issue is that I do not have an AT&T internet account and do not have an alternate email or phone number established for password resets. Please help! Thank you.
