I constantly have to reset my password

Almost every time I try to sign in, I get a message that I've tried too many times and have to reset my password. When I finally change it and choose to stay signed in I can, but after 2 weeks, I have to change my password again. This happens on both att.net and att.com. And, to add insult to injury, I'm going to have to request a new password just to post this!!

I have the same issue, with email and this forum.  They seem to close out as solved all other customers with the same issue without actually solving the problem.

What do you mean "again".  This is CONSTANT.  Has been going on for MONTHS and you are clearly doing NOTHING about it.  

You have provided no help, no assistance, no assurance that you or the company even cares that they are wasting so much of their customers time and energy on something every other provider on the planet has fixed.

Hello?? ATT??? this problem has been going on for months!! Can you seriously not do something? It is across the board with all of my AT&T logins....Uverse, email, HBO Max (via ATT account). Are you even working on it?

This is hysterical. It's something that has actually been going on for YEARS, not months if you look back at the posts from this forum, and nothing has been worked on or fixed at all. AT&T is ridiculous. If it wasn't the only game in town besides Comcast, who has the absolute worst support here, I'd move to a different provider. This is just ridiculous.

Happening to me as well and within the past couple of months, with increasing frequency. I don't believe ATT is really "working" on this. They just don't give a (Edited per community guidelines).

I am so excited that I'm not the only one with this problem.  Why can't a big company like AT&T fix this?  Don't they have staff and code writers to fix this.  This is really annoying.  Every morning, have to come up with a new password when I log on to my sbcglobal.net account.  FIX IT!!!
