I cannot receive email from a specific email account

I am having issue receiving emails from one specific company. I was able to receive two emails last month from them and the email has been added as my contact. I also checked that it is not in the blocked email. This email is to receive a reset password link. The sender company confirmed that it is working on their end. Do you know who I can contact to provide the email account to investigate? I am receiving all other incoming mails with no issues. Thanks for your help.

We understand that you've sent a couple of emails and haven't heard back from AT&T Postmaster support just yet. There could be a slight delay in response due to the amount of emails they receive.

 

Since you've already sent a follow-up email, there is no need to send another, as too many messages can contribute to a delay in response from the team. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Updates... I ended up following up with abuse_rbl again as I did not notice your suggestion. This time, I received an email from one of the support team (not auto reply) to confirm it is going to be removed from the block.  Earlier this week, I was able to receive an email from the email account to reset the password and I am all good.
