I cannot receive email from a specific email account
I am having issue receiving emails from one specific company. I was able to receive two emails last month from them and the email has been added as my contact. I also checked that it is not in the blocked email. This email is to receive a reset password link. The sender company confirmed that it is working on their end. Do you know who I can contact to provide the email account to investigate? I am receiving all other incoming mails with no issues. Thanks for your help.

We're happy to help, @geakiko!
Upon further review, our AT&T Postmaster Staff will be the ones best suited to assist with your email.
When their support team receives a request with the needed information, requests are evaluated. If granted, the block will be removed within 24 to 48 hours. There are situations when mail interruptions or blocks are in place outside the AT&T domain. In these cases, we will attempt to make contact with the party initiating the block and seek a resolution. If there is no change after 48 hours, please include the current and complete error message that you are receiving in your follow-up email to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net.
Please feel free to reach back out if you need help in the future. Thank you for contacting the AT&T Community Forums!

Thanks for looking into my issue!
I use 1) Yahoo Mail app for iphone and 2) https://mail.yahoo.com/ for pc and no 3rd party
I checked spam boxes and didn't see them.
As you suggested, I will contact the postmaster support abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net.

If only the AT&T Postmaster would reply as quickly....or at all...or actually fix things. 🙄

It's been 48 hours since I submitted the request to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net. I am still not receiving emails and just followed up to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net again. Should I wait for a support representative to reply to my request? Is there an alternative contact?
My first request was referenced [092422-163625-64515-00] in the auto response
Followed up this morning and received this reference [093022-112136-11705-00]

ATTHelp is only going to throw the same boilerplate at you. Should they offer to do a DM with you, odds are that it would just be for show and you wouldn't get any other advice.
