Here's something we must let you know:

• We can't help you reset your email if you've forgotten your security questions.

What happens if you forgot your security questions or do not have a number tied to it? 

Unfortunately, an email password reset cannot be processed. If someone, who was not you, contacted AT&T and said, “I cannot remember my security questions”, would you want AT&T to process a password reset? For security reasons, and to protect customer information, we are unable to reset passwords at this time if you cannot remember your security questions.
