How to permanently resolve sbcglobal email Care Code: 205.2?
Every attempt to access my Sbcglobal email account prompts Care Code: 205.2. This occurs on every attempt to log in, on any device, on any browser. Resetting my password (even when set to the exact same password) results in all connected accounts and devices being desynchronized from my Sbcglobal email account. Again, this occurs every time I attempt to access my Scbglobal account.
How can I permanently resolve this?

I have the same issue. If I change the password to the same on, it will work for 2 weeks and then same again. Also, then my husband has to update his password on his phone and I have to update on my phone and it is a pain to do this every 2 weeks. This only happens on my laptop and is through sbcglobal. It used to work. What is the solution.
