If you are trying to create an AT&T subaccount (i.e. another xxx @ att.net address), then you should be doing that from your ATT.COM account profile page, not Yahoo.com or currently.com
Hi! No, I have already created the sub account in att. I am trying to add it to my yahoo account, so I can switch between the accounts while in yahoo. However when I go to the ‘add account’ screen and follow the directions, nothing happens. I have tried this multiple times.
Hi kprn, thank you for reaching out about adding your subaccount to Yahoo.
We recommend that you contact Yahoo's support team to make sure they allow AT&T email accounts to be added to Yahoo Mail, and to get the steps to do so.
If you need help with your AT&T email or service, just let us know. Thank you for visiting the AT&T Community Forums.
Are you actually using the Yahoo Mail app or are you using a web browser to access your email (ie, going to www.currently.com to log in)?
If the latter, when you've logged in with the mail account and clicked your profile to Add Account, you should get taken to this first screen and then to the second. Is that what you are trying to do and you can't get those screens?
Since this is email related, I'm going to move the whole post to the Email forum.
I don't use the Yahoo Mail app, but I just installed it on my phone as a test and added three existing accounts, two @tt.net and one sbcglobal account. No issues there.
But I could easily believe the looping thing when going to currently.com and adding them there because the website is having other login issues right now (see the hundreds of posts in this forum).
What happens if you open a Private or Incognito page in your browser and then log into currently.com and try it? If that works, it could be something in the cache and cookies and clearing those might be the next step.
I just want to thank everyone for their help. Not sure what changed, but last night I was able to add my 2 sub account to my att/yahoo account. Maybe it was a glitch, but I’m taking it as a win.
Ahh, a Yahoo glitch.....must be a day that ends in "y". 😁
Yes, there are currently 6 or 7 other "glitches" plaguing Yahoo Mail right now. As with your issue, they pop up out of nowhere, make people's lives miserable for some period of time and then magically disappear.

Can you explain what you mean?

Still not clear what you're trying to do, @kprn.

Hi tonydi,
I tried adding a sub account through the yahoo app, but I have also tried to accomplish this with the web browser, with no luck.
Thanks for your help!

I get those screens, but it just keeps sending me in circles. Without ever adding the sub account. I’m just in a forever sign-in loop.

Can you send us a screenshot so we can see what app you're using and what's happening when you try to add your subaccount, kprn?
We want to make sure we fully understand why you're having trouble with this and what your next step should be.
