Help accessing hacked att.net email
Previous contact from AT&T expert was closed because I didn't know how to access direct messaging and out of frustration, I failed to make frequent forum checks. How do I reconnect to someone for help?

Hi Ben. Thanks for responding. I have an ATT.NET email that I have used for many years. Numerous accounts are attached to it that I can no longer access. Several months ago I was hacked. They changed my password; the answers to security questions and did a wrap around with the recovery email (they listed the blocked email as the recovery address). I have tried everything. I've been told a myriad of tales by customer service from "wait a 24 hours and try again to tough luck." I finally got a support tech while dealing with a cellphone issue who told me to request a temporary password via USPS. I did that months ago...never got follow up from AT&T. The forgot screen no longer gives me options for temporary passwords. The only message I get other than invalid password is that the system can't provide info on my account.

I attempted to follow the link and got the error in processing message. I've cleared the cache, gone out of the app and relaunched and even restarted my phone. Is there another work around?
