Forgot security questions for SBCGLOBAL.net email account

I use Outlook to access my SBCGLOBAL.net email account.  Its been years since I setup my security questions, and after my account was locked in a botched password change, I'm being asked two questions to verify my identity.  I'm clearly entering wrong answers, but don't see an option to change to another method.  Any alternatives to prove who I am and access my account?

We can help you with your email password reset, @jltcapo.

 

You can reset your password using either security questions or a temporary password. To reset using a temporary password:

  1. Go to myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password.
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts.
  5. In this case, select temporary password and we’ll let you know where we send it.
  6. Create your new password.

Thank you, Elmi, but there was no change.

In step #3, I fill out the password info.  I'm asked to enter my User ID and my Last Name, which I do.

In step #4 my options are "Continue", "Cancel" or "Pay without signing in".  I don't see a place to choose security questions or temporary password.  If I select "continue", I get the questions.

Is there another way to get to where I can choose security questions or temporary password?
