forgot email password

have SBC mail on cell but can't remember the password nor sign in on Desktop

We suggest resetting your password on your phone, so you can sign in on your computer. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to your Sign-in info.
  2. Select Change password.
  3. Enter and save your password info.
