EMAIL Trying to log onto my AT&T/Yahoo mail account through "currently.com"
Depending on how AT&T feels that day (in order of what most often happens):
1) I get timed out
The connection has timed out
An error occurred during a connection to oidc.idp.clogin.att.com.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. (or a couple of days)
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection. (Gmail works fine)
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the web.
2) I get logged in.
3) I get invalid password. This one is funny. It ask is I forgot my password. I click on that. Then it tells me to enter my last name and userid. Next page, new password and verified it. OKAY, I enter the EXACT SAME password it just told me was invalid. I verify the EXACT SAME password it just told me was invalid. It logs me on. How stupid is that?
When I call AT&T tech support (and go through page 1, paragraph 1 every time I call), they finally give up and tell something stupid like the engineers are working on the lines. Give it 24 hours and try again. 2or 3 days later, I get mail back after having done nothing. This happens once a week. No kidding! I set up a Gmail account and it has never gone down. If Google can keep my email up, what's the matter with AT&T?
You would think they would have a higher level of support they could bump the problem up to. They also need to keep case files or I need to record my responses to their questions they read me from their guide book.

Hey jelitch. We understand how important having access with your email account is, and we'd be happy to help you.
To get started, do you get an error code whenever it lets you know that your password is incorrect. We have an ongoing intermittent login issue that we're working on getting resolved as quickly as possible.
Also, are you trying to log into your email account through a web browser or an email client. We'd suggest using an email client, and logging in using OAuth or a secure mail key. This will encrypt your username and password to protect you from hackers and fraudsters.
We look forward to hearing from you.

Yes, I have tried all these suggestions. The browsers I have used are Firefox, Edge, Google, Saffari and several others. There is no error code associated with this issue. I have tried logging in using OAuth as well as a secure mail key. None of those suggestions seem to work. Yesterday morning, I was able to log on, then I had to log off while installing some software. My mail kept timing out. I let it go until about 2300 and finally gave up. I tried this morning at 0800 and it came right up with no problems.

We understand your frustration regarding your ability to login, and we want to help clarify this for you, jelitch.
Since you've already tried to reset your password, we'd like to invite you to a Direct Message in order to authenticate you and get you logged back into your email.
Please keep an eye out for a notification in the upper right corner of the screen. We look forward to speaking with you.

I had given up on trying to get into my email on a regular basis. Then, I thought about writing a letter to the VP of AT&T Technology. A month after I wrote a letter to Chris Smith Appointed Vice President of Technology I had no more problems logging into my email. I haven't had a problem since, either. I am telling you the 3rd rate service a user gets is terrible. Something is wrong with AT&T when I have to write to a VP to get my problem resolved. There is no reason for that.
