Email timing out hourly for 2 weeks
This is a follow-up post to a previously reported problem which persists for 2 weeks. Webmail through Currently times out (loses connection to mail server) hourly, requiring me to log in again every hour to send or receive email and to view saved messages. As instructed via Direct Messaging, I sent an email to the ATT Engineers with screenshots of what I was experiencing on Friday, June 10, referencing ticket #Y4148. As of June 16, 5 p.m. ET, there has been no response or resolution.
@ATTHelp, I would appreciate an update on the progress in resolving my issue. Other users on this forum who had this problem beginning as early as June 1 have reported the issue has resolved for them with no action required on their part other than to report it on this forum. ATT has apparently acknowledged the problem is on their end or with the Yahoo server. When can we expect a resolution for all users? If it matters, I use a Bellsouth email address and Google Chrome browser (although also experienced the same problem with Microsoft Edge).
