Email Specialist
AT&T general representative tried to give me the number for email support specialist but it is just another general help phone number. Anyone have the specific phone contact for email support specialist? I am just an email customer with no internet service.

Thank you for that information, @kjr53484!
Just as our ACE @JefferMC mentioned, you will receive errors if you are not using a Secure Mail Key. You can take these steps to create one:

When I try to login via browser or create the account in a mobile outlook app, it tells me the username and password maybe be wrong. I am receiving email with the same password on a different mobile outlook device with the same credentials.

If you are using OUTLOOK, and are not using a Secure Mail Key in place of the actual password, you will have an error.
If you are using a Secure Mail Key, check your server names, etc. I have noticed that some e-mail servers are currently misconfigured and are returning the wrong certificate, meaning that you have to use some obsolete names to actually get it to work.

It is NOT for desktop application of outlook. This is for MOBILE outlook and 6hat doesn't require keys. Also can't login in from any browser. No offense but not sure you are actually reading what the issue is......

Mobile Outlook, desktop outlook, it doesn't matter. If you want to connect to an account, you have to log in. To log in, you provide a userid and password. but instead of a password, you provide the Secure Mail Key.
I did read what you wrote. And I answered correctly.

Hi, @kjr53484!
Just as @JefferMC mentioned, the device you are accessing it on does not matter. Give the secure mail key a try and let us know if it helps.
We look forward to speaking with you!
