Hi Deb_Donz, we can address your concern about having to reset your email password.
We're aware that some email customers who use Apple products are frequently being prompted to reset their password, and we're working to find a permanent solution.
In the meantime, we recommend using the following troubleshooting options:
Clear your browser's cache and cookies
Update your browser - many features are only compatible with the latest browser, and we recommend updating it
Test signing in to your webmail using another browser
Disable browser tools or add-ons - this varies by device and browser
If you need help with anything else, just let us know.
Thanks for visiting the AT&T Community Forums.

Aminah, searching the forum, this issues has been ongoing for well more than the past year. And I can honestly say that I have been dealing with it for at least as long. We’re darn sick and tired of reading the same old excuse.
ATT has stated “we’re working on a solution” for a year at least; not vey competent IT department if you want to know what most of US are thinking. Is ATT really working on it or is this going to continue for years to come… give us a roll out date, not just “working on it.”

Hey @LF4tune. We understand your frustration and would be happy to help with having to constantly reset your password.
We'd recommend trying the troubleshooting steps that were provided the agent in the previous post. This could assist in not having to reset your password for your email account.
We'd also suggest using a 3rd part email client and signing in with OAuth or a Secure Mail Key. Using this will encrypt your username and password to protect you from hackers and fraudsters.
Let us know if this helps.
