email blocked from my website
I have had this problem once before that emails sent from my site are not arriving in my inbox. First thing I do is check spam and trash with no success. the search for the email using the order number will only search the inbox and not the trash or spam so I always check. I am assuming that this is blocked by att.net. Can someone help me to figure out how to let these email through? They come from my site which is:

I've also faced this problem. you should verify that your website's email sending configuration is set up correctly. Make sure you're using a reputable email service provider and that your email settings, including SMTP configuration, are accurate.

My email provider is att. It has been working for years and I have not changed the settings/

I have no response from att on either this board or thru the abuse@ that I have sent 3 times. I will take any assistance please.
