email account hacked

My email subaccount ([email scrubbed]) has been hacked.  I know this because several people have received emails supposedly from me (that I did not send), asking them to buy gift cards on my behalf.  I have not received any emails for the last 2 days on this subaccount.    I have already tried changing the password twice, and I can access the account, but when I send an email from another account to this subaccount, I do not receive it.  I'm sure this means that emails sent to this account are being redirected to/by the hacker.  How can I restore this account?

Thanks,

David

Log into your account with a web browser by going to www.currently.com.  Click Settings (gear icon in the upper right corner) then More Settings, then Filters.

Delete any filters you may find in there that you did not create. That's usually how they control the incoming emails.

Next, change the password.  Then go back into that same page and click through the numbers that I've outline in the pic below.  Make sure it's your info in those fields and that it says 1 of 50 Used.
