Customer Service Black Hole
While trying to get an email issue resolved, I have been hung up on, passed to wrong numbers and been pushed into an endless black hole of no customer service for hours upon hours. So far, these are the numbers I've been transferred to and each time, after I have to re-explain myself for the umpteenth time, the person transferring me insists, that "yes, this time, it's the correct number to help you".

I've currently been on hold for 27 minutes and suspect the customer service agent has disconnected me yet again. This usually occurs after they say "let me check with upper management" or something similar and "I'll be be back shortly". It's like some wicked game they're playing with customers:
This is typical with AT&T and why we canceled service after 20 plus years of being loyal customers for phone, cell, internet and tv. Can someone PLEASE help me with all my customer service issues which now include email (that's the newest - bellsouth email is now unaccessible), an outdated charge that was supposed to be a refund (customer service FINALLY fixed a charge that was incorrect and refunded it to my credit card. But, when they did that, they put the charge BACK onto my account and then sent an email saying I had an outstanding balance), another incorrect charge issue (We were charged for internet that we did not use, I was assured this was fixed and I would be refunded over $100. Instead I received 2 separate debit cards form AT&T with about 2 or 3 cents on each. I've been trying to get this fixed for months too). Additionally, we recently moved into a new neighborhood and AT&T destroyed everyone's yards putting in fiber (I understand, they need access, no prob) but they didn't fix the grass and keep hanging up on me when I call customer service about it or telling me I need to call a different number. It's maddening (Again, case and point why we canceled. They had the BEST internet around but their service with issues and constant, incorrect billing finally did us in.)
