correct password not working for att.net email
I cannot sign in to my att.net email with the correct password that I have used for more than a year. the dialog box that comes up has the following text:
I don't recall having tried and failed to log in in the recent past. I am receiving email just fine on my phone, and do not want to use the reset password because I fear that I will be shut out of mail on the phone if I cannot reset for the browser.
What might have happened? A system problem? Someone else trying to sign in on my account?
If I do use the password reset link, will it cause a problem with using email on my phone, or will I have to set up the email on the phone again?
