Certain e-mails to my swbell.net e-mail domain being rejected
For the past several weeks, certain e-mails to my swbell.net e-mail account are being rejected. One of my contacts is using a msn.com e-mail address and these are being rejected. More notably e-mails from my bank, using a chase.com e-mail address, are being rejected. I can not duplicate this bounce back behavior when using some of my other e-mail domains to send an e-mail to my swbell.net account. Most of my other contact e-mails seem to be getting through just fine. I do not have any filters or blocked addresses established, so that does not appear to be the reason for the bounce backs. Any ideas what might be going on here? Thanks so much for your help! Steve - Weatherford, TX

Hi there, @RowTrinity! Let's help figure out what's preventing you from getting emails from certain senders.
If you're using a third party email client such as Apple Mail or Outlook, we recommend double-checking your email settings to ensure that they are all correct.
In addition to that, if you can tell us the specific error messages those senders are getting, that would help us tremendously to determine what's causing those bounce backs.
We look forward to hearing back from you!

Thank you for that update, @RowTrinity!
Since it's only happening with certain senders, we recommend having them reach out to our postmaster for help using abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net. This seems to be an error on the senders end since other senders aren't having the error occur. We thank you for your understanding.
Feel free to reach back out with any other questions or concerns. Thank you for visiting the AT&T Community Forums!

One of the blocked senders simply added me as a contact to her e-mail client and that resolved the issue with her e-mails getting through.
