Care Code 205.2
At least once a week, I am logged out of my email account. When I try to log back in, I get this message:
"Looks like you've tried to sign in unsuccessfully too many times. Recover your ID or reset your password to continue. CARE CODE: 205.2 [LU003]"
This error message occurs the very first time I try to access my account.
I absolutely do know my password, but it doesn't accept it.
The only way back in is to completely reset my password. Even when I do that, I can be logged out again within the next few days and have to reset my password again at that point. This has been going on for months! I've called AT&T Customer Service and have also tried using Chat.
It's not a problem with cookies.
What is the deal? Can it be fixed?
