I've been having issues logging into my e-mail for about a couple of months now. It keeps saying that I've logged in too many times, which I haven't. I tried deleting all of my browser cookies and data, which did nothing. When I tried to reset my password, all that did was send me to a page asking security questions that I didn't even set up. I'm at a loss on how to login. It's a really old account, so I'm not sure if I can even get it back.

ATT starts with blaming the User and then gives a boilerplate fix that may not work. 

The best temp fix is to reset to the same password you knew was correct all along. 

If you get the 72 hour lockout, don't wait.  Call and have your account manually resynced.

The "resync" doesn't solve the problem.  ATTHelp has said that doing the "forgot password" resyncs the account. 

Others who have called in and gone through that whole nightmare to get their accounts resync'd still eventually end up back in here with the same issue.
