CARE CODE: 205.2 [LU003] Locking me out of email + can't reset password
I keep getting locked out of my email and having it tell me my password is wrong with the error message"CARE CODE: 205.2 [LU003]." When I try to reset my password, it will only let me answer security questions (which I don't remember) and won't give me the option of getting a temporary password. I have contacted AT&T in just about every way possible (chat with experts, automated phone line, live agent who sent me to directv agents - you name it). I just want back into my email. HELP PLEASE!
