CARE CODE: 201 [LU100]
I got locked out of my email account and during reset it doesn’t recognize my security answers and i get this code. It used to send me a text to reset but doesn’t anymore. I have multiple AT&T accounts and not all are linked. This is my main account however and i need assistance. However i also cannot get a person on the phone to assist me. What do i do?

Someone please help. I have the same issue on an email account I have had for well over 20 years. Thankfully I can still access on my iPhone. I’m scared to use the reset password because I see too many that says it then locked them out of all access including their phones.

My sister has an ATT.NET email account. She could not access it on her PC, but on the cell phone and tablet. I called the ATT HELP, and they reset the password for her YAHOO email account, and the ATT.NET email account vanished, two weeks ago. She cannot reset the ATT.NET email account online. The message says insufficient information provided, and to call the 800 number. The agent said the ATT.NET email password issue has been ongoing for months, and they have hundred of customers with the same problem.
She never set up a recovery email or cell phone number for the ATT.NET email account.

I'm so angry about this issue. Was on the phone and chat for 5 hours and still cannot access the mail account. Every option says it's sending a temporary password to my phone but doesn't. What the F! AT&T is a communication company, how is it that they can't send a GD SMS message? I think I'm going to lobby for our company to switch to Verizon. If they can't fix a simple email login, what else are they messing up?

@Monkey_71 She still cannot reset the ATT.NET email address password online. It appears that the Online Password Reset Program ignores ATT.NET email addresses.
She is able to change the YAHOO.COM email address anytime.
The ATT "help(...less) desk" is in India, and they just tap dance.

@Monkey_71 If you attempt to reset the email password online, it is highly probable that you will lose the IPhone email connection.

I agree with you. I look at my cell phone monthly statements, and scratch my head.
The only straightforward billing is my home internet account.

The same here, it is ridiculous that ATT cannot figure out the issue yet. If you log in to the phone, you won't be able in your computer so you have to reset the password even using the same password and that is it but when you access your phone, you will have to do the same so practically you can only access one device without resetting the password. It seems that they don't save your browsers as secure so it is acting like you are accessing a public device. I'm so tired of going back and forth with my devices, one cell and three computers....
