CARE CODE: 201 [LU100]

I got locked out of my email account and during reset it doesn’t recognize my security answers and i get this code. It used to send me a text to reset but doesn’t anymore. I have multiple AT&T accounts and not all are linked. This is my main account however and i need assistance. However i also cannot get a person on the phone to assist me. What do i do?

here the fix! get it? If a company cant reinvest into the people, why continue to support them? this is long over due. nothing but wasted time with at&t staff, its ran by people who don't care! Get it yet? this world is full of it.

I am still having this problem... had 3 emails that I got locked out of... and then after a month, got access to 1 email back. NOW, it's been a month later and I'm still waiting on the other 2 email accounts. 

This is very frustrating... as I have an online order that I cannot reply to. Each time I contact the vendor (call or email), they won't talk to me until I authenticate their message SENT TO MY LOCKED ATT EMAIL ACCOUNT. 

So if this isn't fixed, I will have to create NEW EMAILS andddddddddd create NEW ONLINE ACCOUNTS FOR MY ONLINE STORES!

Hey can you please help. I'm getting this same code even though i know i have the right password. I tried resetting the password but the secure number is a business land line and the security question is something i have forgotten since i made the email around 20 years ago. How can i re access my email. i have at&t for my business phones could that help, like giving you my account number to gain access?

I am in the same boat since February... and since then, 2 of my 5 accounts became available. However, 1 account (which did not) is tied to MANY of my online accounts. So if I need to reset a password to that locked-out-account, I am out of luck 😥

Hoping you get help here... which can help others.

I have a very old yahoo email which is [email scrubbed] which I can no longer log into and the only way I can is using a old cell phone witch lets me log in.  This is the issue I have my yahoo account [email scrubbed] and I have ATT email [email scrubbed].  Once ATT merged with Yahoo every time I try to log in to my yahoo it redirects me to lsatter6 and to that email it refuses to allow me into my yahoo account.  I know my log in and I know my password that is not the issue the issue is that ATT has a glitch that if you had a yahoo email and a ATT email it will not longer let you go into your yahoo.  I have tired for a year now and nobody seems to be able to help me.  I need the information I have in my yahoo account and I have several accounts linked to my yahoo account.  This is not a password issue or my forgetting my log in it is a glitch issue with ATT not allowing my yahoo log in at all and redirects me to my ATT email log in.  Please somebody help.  I am ready to cancel my business cell phones and my ATT Uverse so that way I can delete me ATT email and be able to get into my yahoo email again.

I'm having the same error, but only on my Android phone. I can login fine on my desktop PC. This all started when you e-mail that someone tried to get into both my accounts from another state. I thought I better reset my password just in case and here we are - now I can't login on my phone! Can someone please assist? Thanks

Somebody please help us! I am still locked out after a year of repeated attempts. 

I cannot even get to the reset password screen because it tells me I'm locked out. And please don't advise to try a different browser/apps/device. Been there, done that.

I remember some people have said that they've called into customer service and they were able to fix it.. If I have an email account without a business account, who do I call into?
