CARE CODE: 201 [LU100]
I got locked out of my email account and during reset it doesn’t recognize my security answers and i get this code. It used to send me a text to reset but doesn’t anymore. I have multiple AT&T accounts and not all are linked. This is my main account however and i need assistance. However i also cannot get a person on the phone to assist me. What do i do?

Hope you figured this out by now. I've had similar issues as well. Even if it doesn't seem to work, try resetting your password. As of two weeks ago a character such as @%$ etc. has to be part of it. You may have to wait about 20 minutes or so for it to propagate to the email servers. Have you tried AT&T Web Mail? That should work, but again it will take time to actually change.

Similar issue here; I can login to my prepaid phone account. When I get to a "Validate Account" page asking for payment method (either bank account # or debit card), I enter every card # that I've ever used and I keep getting a message that the card info cannot be located. I can never get beyond that, so I'm stuck without phone service.

I haven't been able to log into my email account on my MacBook Air for 3 weeks!!! I called ATT 3 weeks ago and the rep said that ATT was aware of the problem and was working on solving it. That was three weeks ago and I still can't log on!!!!!
Either fix the problem so that I can log on or refund my money!!!!!
