Care Code: 201 [LU100] just pops up can't pay bill or access email
This has been happening all week sign in to AT&T and get this message: Care Code: 201 [LU100].
Did not recently change password, support on phone asks for passwords and I deliver. Reset is of no help.
This support forum is discouragingly quiet. Can't use phone apps due to sight and mobility issues. so have to use laptop.
IF anyone from AT&T is listening...you need to be more forthcoming about this problem AKA post service interruption notices - NOT vague messages that give NO direction to solution.
