Can't reset password

I'm receiving the following message when I try to log in to my account:

"We’ve noticed activity that suggests your password may be compromised. To keep your info safe, select Forgot password to set a strong, new password.Care code: 203.2 [FL001]"

When I try to reset my password, I'm asked for answers to security questions and I don't remember those answers. I've tried all possible answers and can't seem to get them right. Is there any other way to reset my password? I see that one solution could be to reset it using the phone number associated with the account but I don't think I had my phone number associated with my account (not 100% sure). 

Any guidance would be very much appreciated. I really need to get back in my email.
