Cant reset my e-mail password
I had some suspicouse activity on my e-mail lately so I reset my password. Then I tried to access my e-mail later and I find out that there had been too many incorrect password attempts. I try to reset my password again because I cant log in and after providing my ID and last name I get the message "
Hmm… we can’t reset your password
We don’t have the account details needed to complete your request"
What do I need to do/who do I contact to regain access to my e-mail?

@ATTHelp Hello, I was told to repost on this forum once my secondary e-mail that was linked had been on the account for 30 days. I should be 30 days now so I would like to continue trying to regain access to my e-mail.
