Can't logon to email or reset password

Hello,

I cannot sign in to my sbcglobal.net email on my computer.  When I tried to login today, it immediately came up with the error "

Looks like you’ve tried to sign in unsuccessfully too many times. Recover your ID or reset your password to continue.
CARE CODE: 205.2 [LU003]" despite not having tried to login recently.  When I try and reset my password the system says "Hmm... that didn't work.  Check your entries and try again."  I've tried calling customer support, but they were unable to locate my account.  I've had this account for over 10 years.  I can still access my email through an android phone app, but not through any browser.

I am having the same issue. I was able to change my password but it worked 1 or 2 times then came up with this same error

After you select Forgot password and enter your username, we offer you recovery options in order to access your account. If you can't access these recovery options, you can click the link at the bottom of the page to verify your identity. You'll then be given a series of questions to verify that you own the account.

I am having the same issue. I have called customer service and they are unable to help me. They sent me a password code via the mail that did not work either when I tried to reset the password. I’ve had my sbcglobal email address for over 15 years! I’ve literally been locked out for 3 weeks now, had to change all my things over to a new Gmail account. I can not understand why this is such an issue. Has anyone obtained a resolution for this issue?
