Can't log on to email without a six digit verification code when trying to check email on my PC. It is being texted only when using my PC.
I have 3 AT&T email accounts. Only one account is requiring a 6 digit verification code every time I log on. This just started a few days ago. I am confused as to why I need this code when I am logging on to the same computer using the same browser each time. I don't need to do this when I access this email account on my cell. What and why is this happening now? I have to make sure my cell phone is with me when I get the text with the code or I can't check my email on my PC. This is a problem since I don't always have my cell phone with me all time.

Sorry about that, CyndiD, let us send you another link.
Here is our guide that covers Open Authentication (OAuth) and secure mail keys. As Robert stated, this is will allow you to sign in with just a key on the desktop mail app of your choosing, rather than entering your password and a six-digit code on Currently.
Let us know if you need further assistance.

Hey @CyndiD, thanks for reaching out to us, and we'd be happy to help with logging into your email account on your PC.
To get started, please let us know if you're signing in to your email account through an email client or Currently when you're asked to use the six digit verification code to sign in.
The email client that you're using could be what is requiring the six digit verification code, which we'd suggest checking out our information for OAuth and Secure Mail Key. We'd suggest using one of the 3rd party email provided on that page, where you'll be able to use OAuth or Secure Mail Key to sign in instead of using your username and password combination.
Let us know if this helps.

I guess I am using Currently, since that's what shows up. I put in the 6 digit code and click on the check box to not ask again, as soon as I log off and bring the browser down then later log back on, I have to go through the same procedure again, it does not remember my request, not to ask again. My other email accounts just go through mail.yahoo.com. The email I am having trouble with used the same thing. I don't know why it is now using Currently.com. I didn't change anything to make it do this. The link you have above doesn't work, I get an error: Reference #30.ee36d517.1678796283.41657e44. I don't know what else to do.
