Can't log in to sbcglobal eMail account.

As of 6/21, can't log in to eMail account. Called the number provided and customer service reps say they can't help as we don't have an AT&T service, we on;y access eMail through a browser. Last customer rep refused to pass the call along to a supervisor to see if they might know where to route the call for assistance and hung up on me.

Yeah, you're pretty much stuck.

AT&T can't verify you are actually the owner of the account.  They're doing the correct thing by not letting you get back in without those things. If you had a working email account you wouldn't want them to give someone else access to your account without that sort of proof and lock you out of it, right?

Now, the fact that this is all the fault of Yahoo/AT&T does throw a wrinkle into things.  I just don't see how they can do the correct thing, security-wise, and yet still do the right thing for you.
