Can’t access sbcglobal.net email bc I forgot the password

Hi there, Allinnnn. We understand that you are unable to log into your email. We can help you with this. 

In order for you to get logged in because you have forgotten your password, you will need to do a password reset. Please follow these steps:

1. Go to att.com/myatt.
2. Select Forgot password?
3. Fill out the password info.
4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
5. Create your new password.

After resetting the password, then resume trying to log into your account as normal.
