Can't access my email account

I no longer have service with at&t and I don't know my account number and I'm unable to log in to my [email scrubbed] account

Can someone help me please?

We're here to help with your email, @tiphani003!

 

We recommend that you start with clearing your cache and cookies to remove any currently saved password info.

 

Once you've done that, please try resetting your password by following these steps:

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

If you aren't already, use Currently to access your email account. Since it's supported by AT&T, this can minimize any outside influences that may be giving you trouble with your email. 

 

We'll also need to ask a couple of questions to help us determine the best steps to take moving forward:

  • Are you receiving any specific error codes when you attempt to log into your email? This can help us narrow down the root cause of your login issue.
  • Was your AT&T account left in good standing, or does the account have a past due balance? If there is a balance owed on the AT&T account, you will lose access to the email until it is resolved.
