My login credentials as not working.
We understand your frustration about being unable to get to your e-mails, and are here to help, meortiz59!
Just to clarify, do you have a Yahoo or AT&T e-mail? If you have an AT&T e-mail, are you logging into our Currently website? As it is directly supported by AT&T, it lets us troubleshoot without worry of any outside factors affecting your inbox.
If you are getting any errors when trying to login, please let us know what they are so that we can check into it for you.
Let us know what you're able to find! We hope to hear back from you.

I am having the same problem and so is my husband. We login and just keeps looping back. I have two accounts and only one is behaving like this. There have been constant problems with logins for years now. Why is this happening? I also tried with the currently (whatever it is) and get the same response.
Respond please....what is the purpose of a community account, if ATT does not reply? I have done business with ATT for 34 years and we have had theses email accounts for 20-25 years. There is zero excuse for the constant problems with our email accounts, especially in light of the fact that there is no place to seek support for them. I have tried every direction to resolve this problem; no chat because there is not an option for it. I have attempted to add my husband as a subaccount, but the link to do so is not functional. The link on the ATT site leads to an error. Directv is a mess also. I am not getting access to all of my channels in our package. I have spent hours with various Techs and they cannot fix the problem either. They say, "it is trending problem" SO????? I have been paying this company, yet not getting proper service. In what world is this okay?
We'll gladly assist you with logging in to your email and setting up a subaccount, 2BeeorNot.
In the future, please create your own thread to help us respond to you more easily. From the main Forums page, click on the appropriate subject, then click Ask a question to create your post.
When it comes to the login loop, it's likely that this is part of an ongoing issue that we're working to resolve. Some email users are routed back to the login page after entering their credentials. To help us determine if that's what's happening, please let us know if you get any error messages when you're rerouted.
We also have some troubleshooting options from our Login and Email Solutions article that we'd like for you to try:
Clear your browser's cache and cookies - The most common fix
Update your browser - Many features are only compatible with the latest browser and we recommend updating it
Test signing in to your webmail using another browser
Disable browser tools or add-ons - This varies by device and browser
Disable your firewall - This varies by device and browser
When it comes to adding your husband's email as a subaccount, that is not an available option. You would have to create a new subaccount for him to use. You'll find the steps to create a subaccount on our website. If you run into any problems, let us know.
We'll be here if you require further assistance.

I do not get any error message-it just keeps looping back to login. I did notice that when it is looping that it indicates in the link area "successful logout", which I don't understand.
My husband's email is doing the same thing. How do I create a subaccount when he cannot login either...it just loops.
I can't remember my sbcglobal.net password. Can anyone help me?
The steps you refer to; Create a Subaccount does not work. My email account, which I have had for many years will not verify and the path does not have the steps available to create a subaccount. When I try to verify my account-it says it cannot do so.

That does not help me change my [email scrubbed] password
