Cannot get sbcglobal email to work on my ipad
I've got an sbcglobal account that I'm able to use in apple mail on my imac and my iphone but it will not work on my ipad. As far as I can tell all the settings are correct. If I try to set it up using yahoo it takes me to the at&t login page and continually tells me I have the wrong password, which I don't. If I use the google setting, it makes me login through google and then my actual google email doesn't work. If I use "other" all of the settings auto populate but after "verifying" for what seems forever, it says "no password provided for sbcglobal" which is not true. It tells me to go to mail account settings and enter a password. When I reenter the password for both incoming and outgoing mail, it gives me the same error message over and over If I try to go to "next" it says this account may not be able to send or receive emails. Are you sure you want to save? Please help me add my account to my ipad, otherwise I'm just going to have to delete my sbcglobal account and create a gmail. This causes too much stress
