Cannot access SBCGLOBAL.NET email

I cannot access two of my sbcglobal.net accounts. Recovery doesn't work.

To reset the password:

Go to reset your password
Enter your user ID and the last name associated with your ID.
Choose your verification method (such as a recovery email or phone number) and follow the prompts. If there is a recovery email or phone number associated with the account, the system will prompt you to send a verification code to a recovery method of your choice.
Enter and confirm your new password.
